I watched the episode where everyone gets ill and she's the only one who is well. She looks after all the other girls, she is honestly so funny in that episode. She's very funny and like Usagi, I didn't see it watching the dub which I know is odd, but I only really recently liked her because I'm (mentioning again) watching the whole series again in the original subtitled form. Honestly it's so much better, there's a few characters that I see in a new light. Except from Rei. I still can't stand Rei.

When I got older and fully watched all the episodes, because I only remember bits and bobs from the series as a kid, I understood why. She was a cry baby, clumsy, not academic and loves food. I saw myself in her when I was little I guess, and I still do now.

Oh wait? I think I just answered one of the later challenges! Oops x)

Sailor Moon 30 Day Challenge: Day 1

"When did you first watch sailor moon?"

I started watching Sailor Moon probably around 1999/2000. My dad and his then girlfriend, my half sisters mum, had all the channels on sky and I would watch Fox Kids. 

I was amazed there was this super hero that was a girl and that she stood for love and justice. THE TRANSFORMATION SEQUENCE HAD ME it was so pretty! I don't remember but I think I watched the second season? (The transformation where she puts the brooch on her chest and then the brooch puts ribbon on her torso first with wings etc )

I also loved the music on the transformation, something that has stuck with me while watching the sub. And there was a lot of talking about Serena being the moon princess and that whole story had me too. I automatically knew that Serena was the  moon princess, clever, clever child haha.

I've seen some people reading my old posts.

Please don't take anything from them, I tried being funny and it just didn't work.

Since then I actually love drag queens and artists and I don't have anything against transgender, I'd say it's more me growing up and understanding the world more. I did write some of that content some four years ago. 

One thing still remains; I completely dislike celebrities being famous over leaking sex tapes and claiming they are a business person after making a career off sex.

Cosplay Noob: Sailor Neptune casual cosplay

Guess what I decided to buy?!

This!!

This is going to be the start of my body/top for my upcoming Sailor Neptune cosplay. Honestly it just came and I was up and trying it on in no time! Though I have doubts about it I'm sure I can work with it. 

Firstly, the fabric is suuuuuper see through. Even wearing beige underwear (and shape wear, for medical reasons) I can see things through it. Secondly I feel it's a little flimsy. Because it's a bodysuit it has poppers on the crotch area and these don't feel very secure and feels cheap. All in all not a good buy but I didn't want to wear just a tshirt and have gathering, being too much of a perfectionist here but I really want to have a proper try at this.

I know, I'm gonna have to fix the skirt too.... Or not... This is supposed to be a casual cosplay after all. I can't help it XD Honestly I'm in two minds, if I can just do the body I would be more than happy but also I would want to make everything go with the original, go full out and do it right instead of a half arsed casual cosplay. 

Only things to get done now are shoes, the "armour", bows and scarf.

Memory Lane Monday: Sailor Moon S

Sorry about all the Sailor Moon themed posts but I'm watching it and I'm just dealing with all the feels.

Speaking of dealing with the feels, I have two songs I LOVE from the old anime. The first is an ending song off Sailor Moon S and it's a sad one, well I think it's sad because it sounds like it xD 

Anyway the song is called "Tuxedo Mirage" and it's performed by all the inner senshi/warriors (by that I mean moon, Mars, Mercury, Jupiter and Venus) and their group was called Peach Kiss or something(?) ( I need to research more so I'm sorry if it's wrong).

Don't ask me why it gives me the feels, I just feel like the song has a lot of emotion behind it.

The second song has to be the opening, but my favourite version is the one from Sailor Moon S (again) because there's a better sound quality to it and there's more layers to it. And the singing is improved I feel.

I have a third favourite song and it's from the ending on Sailor Moon R "Otome No Policy", it's not even a favourite I hate the singing but I like the backing music ^.^

And oh my god. I just found out what the initials after each series stand for! Such a rookie fan! I had no idea "R" stood for "Romance/Revenge" and "s" stood for "super"... But if that is the case, the fourth series stands for "super super"? Hmm.

Edit: Sailor Moon Super S stands for super senshi or super stars. I think super senshi suits it more. 

Friday favourites: Waiting a long time for my stuff

I decided to get myself a Mr universe tshirt, the one Stevens dad gives to Rose in that episode, and I've waited around two weeks and it's just been sent off. Which I'm super excited for! I was expecting it to take two weeks and it did which I'm happy with!

The other is a custom necklace from Bete Niore Jewlery. It's just gone over the 14 day mark. I panicked and emailed the company and she was really vague, "we have days off too". "So you don't work Monday to Friday?" I should have asked. And on the website it says to leave a minimum for 14 days before contacting... So what's the maximum waiting time then? I know it's a custom necklace but they don't seem to have any information apart from waiting 14 days to ask or the fact they might not work 5 days a week.

Depending on the quality I don't think I will shop there again unfortunetly.
