30 day song challenge: Day 7 - A song that reminds you of a certain event

Bleed It Out by Linkin Park always reminds me of 1) summer and 2) Going Music Tek.... ENOUGH SAID!
Music Tek was this “Awesome” under 18’s alternative club... But you get to 17 and decide it’s shit and only go to meet up with your friends, well that’s what I did. Every week I would go with the same people, it did get boring but there was alright music... You would get abuse thrown at you by a small group of chavs, but there would be more people against chavs that they would pussy out and ride off on their bmx bikes. There would also be riots about the ques... And really drunk under 18s... Surprisingly his place is now closed... I was kind of disappointed that I didn’t go to the final music tek, I still have the memories and the friends I made there though. So it’s all good!

30 day song challenge: Day 6 - A song that reminds you of somewhere

Mmm bop by Hanson... Me, the clone and the mother went on regular drives whenever house sitting for our great aunt. One summer day we came across a little field with trees and a stream in some country lane somewhere around good old “Old MacDonald’s Farm”, anyone from Essex will have visited this place. If you haven’t, you clearly missed out as a kid! Anyway we went there a lot and it seemed like we was the only people who knew about the place.

30 day song challenge: Day 5 - A Song That Reminds You Of Someone

Too many songs remind me of too many people!

I guess I could pick a song that reminds me of everyone who have been really supportive and have been there for me the past few days.

This song goes out to: Leanne, James, Kerri, Soph, Damon, Hannah and Demi. I love you guys so much, your all such a great friend to me and I’m glad your all in my life. You're helping me see the bright side to life and help me forget about the past few days, thanks.

30 day song challenge: Day 4 - A Song That Makes You Sad

Hands down The heart never lies by Mcfly... I’ve not listened to this song recently because its about sticking by someone you love. It reminds me about every past relationship I have had. I always love that person, they break up with me. Most of the times its the best thing.

Oh well, one day I will be able to listen to this song and it will make me happy because I have someone who will stay by me no matter what my flaws are or how many silly arguments we have.

30 day song challenge - Day 03

A song that makes you happy...

Why Am I finding this SO HARD?!

A song that makes me happy right now is something full of hate, heavy and either fits my personal outlook on things or what I think about someone I hate/dislike or something that goes with the situation I’m in right now

I could say it could be either To Be Loved by or Scars by Papa Roach

It’s got something to do with certain lyrics in each song… Scars fits perfectly with how I deal with relationships and what I feel like once the guy has broken up with me, but this one fits with the situation I’m in. I feel like that sometimes I tried helping my ex deal with commitment, in the end it didn’t work because he said to me he can’t be with me… To Be Loved again fits my personality because I’m always trying to find someone to love me, the proof is the amount of failed relationships I’ve had and the amount of friends I have.

I’ve gotta pick one so I’m gonna go with To Be Loved, it makes me the most happiest out of the two.

30 day song challenge: Day 2- Your least favorite song

Again this is really tough… NOT

I HATE EVERYTHING TO DO WITH GREASE! So heres a mash up of all the songs off that dreadful sound track…

I hate certain musicals. It stemmed to when I was very young, my mother thought it was a good idea to make me and my sister watch Chitty Chitty bang bang.

Little did she know me and my sister knew the word “Shit” So instead of it being “Chitty Chitty Bang Bang” me and my sister started calling it “Shitty Shitty Bang Bang”. Pure genius…

Most musicals are cheesy….. That is why I hate them.

I was in a club once and they busted out this monstrosity, luckily I had my iPod ready =D

30 day song challenge: Day 01 - Your favorite song

Hmmm, okay this is tricky... I have too many favorite songs.

Safe option to go with one that is my favorite and suits my mood well...?
Fuckit

Unholy Confessions by Avenged Sevenfold

My boyfriend decided to leave me yesterday. I'm trying to come to terms with it and I'm finding it so hard. Theres so many questions I wanna ask him and I want to see him. He doesn't. I wish I could turn my emotions off as easy as he does to be honest.

Totally addicted to.....

Jagerbombs and The Sims 3

Not together though, that would be bad... Or good. *Note to self: Try this at least once... Preferably without the clones knowledge*
Yeah, see cause I'm using her PC to play The Sims 3 while she does her essays.... She would actually kill me if I touched her pc while drunk, just cause I will probably end up killing her PC.

Killing a pc would be hard for me whilst drunk anyway....

So anyway, I am officially addicted to The Sims 3. One thing I will say about this game is that I can't change my persons clothes or hairstyles... In The Sims 2 you could easily change clothes and hairstyles but on here its harder.

Any help would be grateful =)

Just when you thought Big Brother was dead....

Channel Five has brought it back to life.

Ohh the horror! Now my new feeds will be clogged up with statuses like "OMG BB IS SOO GOOOOD" or "Whoever decided to bring back this Big Brother should be shot" (That's mainly me)during the summer months. Also my mother will be watching it every night. I might just have to hide the VBox remote. And yes I do have Virgin Media. Lets not start me off on them.

In all fairness I think It will be pretty lame.

However in the words of Dougie Poynter:
Channel Five is awesome cause they used to show porn just after 11
Hmmm we'll see......

McFly review/favourite songs

I saw McFly on Friday. As in Friday I mean last Friday. April fools day.

You would think that almost 8 years of the band being together they would have split up by now. but they haven’t. I’m strangely happy to admit that I’ll be over the moon happy when they announce their 10 year anniversary. Cue people ripping the hell out of me.

Its weird thinking that 8 years ago I was watching SMTV Live (Oh yeah!) and then CD:UK (I now feel really old) when all of a sudden these four young boys was singing a song about some outcast with five colours in her hair and cooking in the nude. I loved them from day then on. At one point I grew an unhealthy obsession with Tom Fletcher, which was soon nipped in the bud by me having my first boyfriend (Cringe). Tom Fetcher was cute when he was a bit tubby, this was when they first started out… Now he’s all grown up and muscular. All I can say is that I’m pretty sure I can speak for every Tom Fletcher fan when I say: I WANT FAT TOM BACK!!!!!11! Okay. I honestly think that it’s great he’s in shape, he probably has more stamina now he’s fit.

…… Okay, I just realised I’m supposed to be doing a review…..

Opening bands:

1) That Sunday Feeling – Sundays you feel like crap. So were these guys

2) City Stereo – Okay, the lead singer looked like he was harshly smacked with the ugly stick, none the less I thought they were average. They kinda got the atmosphere up.

3) The Struts – Old school 80′s/70′s pop. Lead singer was trying to be like Freddie Mercury and/or David Bowie. He failed with that as he acted/looked like a bit of a prat. Didn’t like them. END OF

To be quite honest, I think the music they played during the interval of each band was really good. A bit of Tinie Tempa, Panic! At The Disco, Katy B, Mark Ronson and David Gueta to name a few. Okay I actually had no idea what other songs were playing but they were really good.

McFly: They made everyone wait for them to come on, and they teased the audience too by playing clips of them saying thank you to their fans and them talking about their website, AKA Super-Cash-Taking-Device… Umm, I mean “Supercity”. Then they came on, Which I thought was pretty average: Curtain falls, the band come out from the right of the stage just as the fireworks stop going off and the they went into the first song. about 45 minutes into the gig and a platform comes down from the ceiling to were (As they did on their last gig at Wembley) they start singing Star Girl. They then start playing Five Colours In Her Hair, half way though they bring out guns…. GUNS PEOPLE!

Okay the word Gun was a bit of a overstatement, more like an empty paintball gun. What they did next I thought was a bit out of order. They had 2 shirts each. And where do they shoot their merch? Everywhere EXCEPT from my side of the arena. Bastards. That’s all I can say… Ahahahahaa I kid.

What I also don’t understand is that everyone was hot and sweaty. SO WHY SET YOUR BAND LOGO ON FIRE AND HAVE FIRE PYROTECHNICS?!?! Honest to god I came out of that gig wet. All over. It wasn’t enjoyable.

However I did have a good time. so I’m going to rate the concert 8/10

NOW! I will give you my Top-Five-Favourite-Songs-That-Probably-Work-Out-As-One-From-Each-Of-McFly’s-Albums

Song 1: Five Colours In Her Hair (Album: Room On The Third Floor)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DXyKyAmVO5c

This is my favourite because this song made me like them, and it’s a happy song. Everyone loves a happy song don’t they? I’m guessing yes. This song also made them who they are today. If all the little children out there didn’t buy this album, they they wouldn’t have beaten the Beetles for “Worlds best selling album by a young person” or something like that, then they wouldnt be around today.

Song 2: Ultraviolet OR I Wanna Hold You (Album: Wonderland)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-GpXcDjwl5s

I know I can’t choose two but I like these two songs so much. One thing you will know about McFly songs are that they always sing about a lady. However, One goes on about the world ending and wanting to have a cuddle and the other is a really random adventure involving darts, a UV light and being intoxicated. Along with a gun and some woman called Mrs Halloween. Also this was during the bands Emo stage, where they all wore suits and had really dark hair to go with their clothes. Tom Fletcher in a suit is hawt.

Song 3: Please Please OR Friday Night OR Star Girl (Album: Motion In The Ocean)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lqJIgWeS4mU

Okay, I’m kinda taking the piss with not deciding on my one favourite song from that album. But to be quite honest I think this was one of their best albums.

Song 4: Corrupted (Album: Radio:Active)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qKME3w0w5zs

Ever since I got the free album from a newspaper that I can’t remember I have liked this song. Forget One For The Radio or Lies, this was one of their edgiest songs that they have ever made.

Song 5: Party Girl (Album: Above The Noise)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yVe–BYGS7g&feature=related

I WANT TO HEAR THIS SONG BEING PLAYED IN THE CLUBS! Seriously, I think its a really good song to get you up and dancing. I didn’t like this song when it first came out cause there is NO guitars whatsoever in the song, however when they performed it live it was really good.

ENJOY THIS BITCHES

Slap my boyfriend up

Tommo has been listening to this song for the past, hmm I don't know? TWO WEEKS!

And its not just this song... Its his other stuff too.

I swear TO GOD this haunts me... Every night... And him probably reading this now is going to play it to me while I'm asleep next time I'm over his.

I love you but please listen to something else.... I'm scared you will turn into a rastafarian BADMANNNN!

Hehehehe xD
I'm joking... Hopefully he knows it... Lol

Love bug

DON'T ASK......

Okay, I'm in a soppy-completely-loved-up kind of mood.... So why don't I go find Two-really-good-love-songs-from-two-completely-different-music-genres?

I also might throw in some covers. That are Glee related. Cause Glee is a good programme and they make some good covers, despite what my boyfriend and my close friends say. They also find it weird how "Glee is basically like High School Musical". Which it's not. Now I hate musicals with a passion along with High School Musical (Which by the way I think should have NEVER been made) and I don't know why but whenever I go out with my friends to a particular club in Romford, they ALWAYS PLAY A SONG FROM GREASE. By this point I am listening to my iPod to something by Avenged Sevenfold or Slipknot in a desperate attempt to drown out the extra strong cheese radiating from peoples mouths and the speakers.

YES, you read correctly! CHEESE!

In no way is Glee like a musical. Okay, it kinda is, BUT they are doing a good job at making it seem like its not your typical musical.

Anyway, on with my "Two-really-good-love-songs-from-two-completely-different-music-genres"

Song 1: Crazy For You by Madonna.

So... One of Madonna's many classic tunes. By far this has to be my favourite one by her. It's old, kinda cheesy and portrays emotion... Well it does for me. And that's all that matters isn't. MY OPINION! I joke....

I've been brought up with Madonna, her old stuff anyway. By old I mean 80's/early 90's, as you can tell by ze song. I really don't like how she looks now or how her newer music sounds. It's like your grandmother getting all fit and cavorting on stage wearing next to nothing and singing really bad songs, CRINGE! Also her arms scare me.

BTW I believe that genre was pop, is it not?

SONG 2: Your Guardian Angel by Red Jumpsuit Apparatus

Kind of an obvious choice really.... I love this song. Basically its about staying with someone and not throwing away what you have. It wouldn't surprise me if this turns out to be one of them songs that gets played at weddings, ya know the first dance by the newly weds...? If I was getting married tomorrow I would.... Then again, its almost like a scene/emo kid's song. I can imagine it now, some little emo/scene boy standing outside this emo/scene girlfriends window holding his ipod and speakers in the air.... Sounds familiar? ;)

Okay, so I've decided that I'm not going to put songs from the glee soundtrack in this blog....

Hehehehe =P

Summer, Summer, Summer time

Today the sun's shining and I thought I'd post some sort of summer playlist. I do this every year on my iPod, so why not share it with everyone? I'm opening myself up to criticism, which I hate....

1 - Summertime by DJ Jazzy Jeff and Will Smith (Or The Fresh Prince, whatever)

2 - Ride With Me by Nelly (Cue the boyfriend shouting "TUNEAGE!")

3 - Mmmm Bop by Hanson. I'm blaming the mother for this.

4 - Year 3000 by Busted. I don't know why this song reminds me of summer :S

5 - Return Of The Mac by Mark Morrison. Again the mothers fault.

6 - California Love by 2Pac

7 - Girls And Boys by Good Charlotte. Ahh, reminds me of school and zoning out during the lunch break

8 - When Love Takes Over by David Guetta feat. Kelly Rowland

9 - Aint Nobody by Chaka Khan (Again I don't know why?!)

10 - Millionaire by Kellis feat. Andre 3000

11. Ms Jackson by Outkast. LOL at the evil tortoise at the beginning of the video xD

12 - Pass Out by Tinie Tempa

13 - Callifornia Gurls by Katy Perry feat. Snoop Dogg

14 - Sweet Disposition by The Temper Trap

15 - The Middle by Jimmy Eat World

*JUST REALISED THE LINKS ARENT COMING UP!
What the actual fuck?!
Oh well, you lot are capable of using youtube.com and the right click/copy function anyways =P

I'm doing this just cause John said so.....

ITS TUESDAY!!!!

I had THE most crap day with even more crap lessons! Honestly, the whole day felt like.... Like... I don't even know how to describe it! GAHHH *Throws arms about*

Anywho I now have another blog on another website because our teacher/lecturer told us to do so... Yep, I is a blog site pimp... Or whore... Whoops I swore-ded.

Anyway: HERE YOU GO JOHN!

Two-good-songs-from-two-completely-un-related-music-genres.... OF THE WEEK!

Okay so because I like so many different genres of music, John suggested me to find two songs from different genres and write something about them, maybe compare them... It's really cause I'm awesome and I have awesome taste in music ;D

The two genres Im writing about this week are:

-Rock

and
- What my "GCSE in music" clone describes as "Funk Jazz" But I think its Soul or R'n'B

Here we go kiddies!

STEVIE WONDER! And his epicness tuneage Superstitions

"Funk Jazz"/Soul/R'n'B...?
Why I think this is a good AMAZING song:
Do I need to write why I love this song?... I do?... Well If you insist.
I love this song because:
1) Of it's sentimental value. My mother loves playing his greatest hits album when she gets the chance to do so. Im surprised the CD hasn't worn out the amount of times she has actually put it on full blast while doing the cooking or the house work... Or decorating. Plus I've been brought up with it... Told you I'm awesome ;D

2) IT's a classic, nuff said

Puddle Of Mudd

SHE FUCKING HATES ME!!

And yes.... She probably does :)

The reason why I like this song:
They played this at my local club when one of my exes claimed I, yes I, cheated on him. I never... And its safe to say that I did hate him. Perfect conversion of how you guys should feel when you break up with your girl... On bad BAD terms.

Stick THAT in your pipe and smoke it =P

(Please note that I do not own youtube.com or any of the songs or videos featured on this blog)

Kids these days

Kids these days are probably the same as how I and every other 20-Something were. The only difference is that there is more advance technology. And that most 12 year old are probably overweight... Before you question me, I HAVE A POINT!

So here I am, sitting here watching The Wright Stuff on Channel 5 and you got these people complaining about a new game out called "Wii Dare"..... Basically its spin the bottle, minus the bottle. And its "Kinky".

Did I forget to mention its rated 12+

Okay, When I was 12 I was playing Grand Theft Auto London AND Dead OR Alive. And watching Scary Movie on the good ol'VHS player, I mean who wasn't....? All these games and movies have either violence, sexual reference and drug use or all three. I most certainly haven't got issues.

Watching things is completely different from doing them, and this game you get dared to spank a partner. Blame the wii. But I honestly think parents will not buy their 12 year old sprog a game that has a chair draped with handcuffs and clothes on the front cover.... With exception of my mother. I joke.

So the media need to calm their arses down =)

Someone get rid of that Peaches Geldoff telly show? She annoys me and I find that mug of hers offensive

Tuesday, 1 March 2011

Ha... Ha... Haaaaa..... Yeah this isn't awkward

Okay so I know I've been bragging to my friends about how my blog is "Like my child", It kind of is and isn't.
It is because i put so much effort into making it....

It isn't because If this was my child I would have social services on my back.... I've not seen to this in like a month.... Bad parenting indeed!

NEVER CUT YOUR HAIR IN THE MORNING!!! And always remember your hair will be shorter once dried. This morning I decided to cut my hair... So I chopped a good 3 inches off my fringe just under my eye. I now have a kind of full fringe but on the side, and when i blow dry it, it goes into some sort of up in the air feather type thing that you see on some sort of bird.... Not good. However I do love the invention of them hair slides... AH-MAZE-ING

The clone is demanding the laptop....

OH WIRELESS INTERNET IS A JOY!!!! Ahhhhh =D
(I really need to start playing WoW again)

Ciao Bizaches xxx

Back to uni... And other things

Heres the deal, I have been off on my "Christmas Holiday" for the good part of a month an a half. In that time loads has happened... One really really really good example to do with uni has to be.....
Personal Computer problems
Yes, something that has happened to every student one time in their life. I was a silly girl, firstly because I thought it would never happen to me and secondly because I decided to use good ol' Open Office for one of my essays. Safe to say I did the best part of 1,300 and something words and it saved... Well so I thought. Turns out it took about a minute and a half to save and in this time I cleverly decided to pull my trusty USB drive out (That's what she said..... Omiz would be proud of my In-Your-End-O). Had a bit of a break down, which consisted of tears and swearing, and then decided to start again :(

I really really really don't want to go back. But at the same time I am actually fed up of going out and spending my loan on things I either don't need or spending money on alcohol, most of this money goes towards actually getting home by cab *Le Sigh*
FYI I MADE UP LE SIGH.... NOT THE PEOPLE AT MEMEBASE ¬_¬
And to be quite honest, I miss having random banter with some of the people in my class.

I FUCKING KINDA MET MCFLY!! =D
Okay, so I went to this recording of a television show called "The Cube" and McFly were on there.
Now anyone who knows me know I love them guys, not like a creepy stalker fan girl groupie type...
SO many girls (Stalker fan girl groupie types) were there that made out they knew them. AND to top it all off, they happily delcared that they followed the boys TO THE SHOW HOST!
Me and "The Two Sophs" ripped the crap outta them, like all girls do. Sounds bad but it's true... Just so ya know, all girls have this bitchy gene. If you ever meet a girl and she's all "Ahh I'm like, soooo not the bitchy type" DO NOT TRUST HER!
Anyway, I don't see how you can happy declare to 1,000 plus people, who you don't even know might I add, that you, in actual fact, follow four famous guys. That's just screaming "LOOK AT ME! Laugh at my pathetic life for I have no life! IMPREGNATE ME WITH THE JUICE FROM YOUR LOINS! I have mental issues anyway so that's FINE!"

ANYWAY... I was sitting at the very back of the audience. I turn around and below me, I ONLY SAW TOM FLETCHER! Yes! And then I have a look some more and I see the other three.
Me being the really silly girl that I am, I whisper shout to them "Hey... Hey... OI! HIIIII" Which then makes them all look up and say "Hi" in a mocking fashion. Okay... I'm now thinking to myself: Oh nice, I come to notice you and YOU TAKE THE PISS OUT OF ME! What a bunch of knobs! Or Hahaha LIFE TIME ACHIEVEMENT RIGHT THERE!
Still undecided about what to think =/

I would write more but I has tings to do ;D
